1919 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before registering or using any services provided by 1919. By registering or using our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out herein.
These terms are updated from time to time. Current effective date: January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user") and the 1919 platform. By accessing, registering an account or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 1919 platform. Continued use following any amendments to these terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is open to individuals aged 18 and above only. Users below the stipulated age are not permitted to register or use any services offered.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user may only hold one registered account on the 1919 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended or closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. 1919 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and to request appropriate supporting documents. Accounts containing false or inaccurate information may be closed without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact 1919's support team immediately through the available channels on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules
Users of the 1919 platform agree to use the service in a lawful, responsible manner that does not harm others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots or any technical means to manipulate the system or game outcomes
- Colluding with other users to unlawfully manipulate bets or match outcomes
- Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with the platform's security systems
- Impersonating another individual or providing false identity information
- Accessing another user's account without the explicit consent of the account holder
Any breach of these rules may result in permanent account suspension or closure, freezing of associated balances, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All deposits and withdrawals on the 1919 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go, FPX and available international bank transfers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from a legitimate source and belong to them. 1919 reserves the right to conduct compliance checks on any transaction deemed suspicious or unusual under the platform's internal policies.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification before funds can be transferred. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between one and several business days. 1919 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
All deposits credited to a gaming account are final and non-reversible, except in circumstances that meet specific conditions under the platform's prevailing policies.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure
1919 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, system manipulation or any conduct detrimental to the platform or other users. In the event of an account suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email, except where such notification may compromise an ongoing investigation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1919 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system errors or cyberattacks. The platform's total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1919 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics and software code, is the exclusive property of 1919 or its licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

The 1919 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, provided for your convenience only. 1919 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. You are advised to review the terms and policies of any third-party site before using it.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
1919 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
